How do I Return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
• Select the items you want to return and follow the instructions.
• For Refund of COD orders kindly provide your complete account details in the Notes for a smooth refund process.
• Kindly note, if a client has ordered more than one item in an order, we would be able to generate only one return request which can include multiple items. Please do NOT generate multiple return requests for the same order as we will not be able to process it. In such a scenario the customer will have to ship it from their end and bear the logistics cost.

• It is compulsary to fill in the Notes in Exchange options. Currently we only provide Size Exchange. So please mention the size you need in the Notes of the Exchange Option.

• In case you want to exchange for another product then you can use the Credit option where we will give you a credit in your Mabish Store account for the same amount of your purchase so that you can use it and separately place an order for the new product. 

• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping details, once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

• They must be in original condition
• For clothing, unwashed and unworn
• In the original packaging

Promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

• There are no charges for return
• But any COD charges borne by you will not be Refunded.

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
